Your satisfaction is our priority — that’s why we offer a 30-day guarantee.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us through our contact page and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Cancellation Policy

Please note that any order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be in processing, and we might not be able to make adjustments.Páginas
If your cancellation is approved within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been worn, used, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse.

If you return an item without approval or outside the 30-day period, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may apply.

To start a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
All returns must be pre-approved by our support team before you send the item back.

Returned products must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Unused and in perfect condition

  • Shipped with the order number and customer name clearly included

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of items damaged upon arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect it.
After confirmation, please allow up to 40 business days for the refund to be completed.
If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation, contact your bank or card issuer for further assistance.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) based on the original purchase value.
Customers are responsible for any currency exchange fees or international transaction charges.

At Perffet, we take product safety and quality seriously.
Please follow all care instructions and usage guidelines included with your product.
We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse, and any resulting refunds or replacements will be at our discretion.

If you experience discomfort or a product issue, stop using it immediately and contact us through our contact page for assistance.
Our team will help resolve any concern promptly.


Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package all orders to prevent damage during shipping.
A product is considered damaged only if it arrives with a defect or physical breakage.
Minor issues with packaging (such as a dented box) are not considered product damage if the item itself remains intact.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
However, Perffet is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as the courier, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical issues.

For delivery problems (lost, delayed, or stolen packages), please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
We cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
